Warm Up

This 5-minute warm up prepares your body for exercise with gentle, dynamic movements that increase circulation, loosen joints, and activate muscles. 


Focused on mobility and proper alignment, these low-impact exercises help reduce stiffness and prevent injury.


You will start your workout feeling energized, limber, and ready to move!

Strength Training

This 15-minute portion of the workout focuses on building functional strength using physio bands and body weight exercises.


Designed to improve muscle endurance, joint stability, and overall mobility, these exercises help support daily activities and maintain independence.  Modifications are provided to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.

Balance

This 15-minute session is designed to improve stability, coordination, and confidence in daily movements.  Using a combinations of standing exercises, weight shifts, and gentle challenges to your center of gravity, you'll strengthen key muscles that support balance and reduce fall risk


Modifications are available to ensure a safe and effective workout for all ability levels.

Flexibility

This 10-minute gentle flexibility segment focuses on stretching and mobility exercises to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance muscle recovery.


Using controlled movements and deep breathing, you'll release tension and support joint health for better movement in daily life.


Modifications are available to ensure a safe and comfortable stretch for all levels.
