At Functional Strength & Wellness, my mission is simple: to help you move better and live stronger.


I am passionate about helping older adults stay strong, active, and independent through safe, effective fitness training.  As a BoneFit-trained instructor, CCAA-certified fitness leader, and certified Tai-Chi instructor, I specialize in strength, balance, and mobility programs designed to support bone health, prevent falls, and improve overall well-being.


I am also First Aid and CPR certified, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.


With a focus on functional fitness, I create inclusive, adaptable workouts that meet the needs of all ability levels.  Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or gain confidence in daily movements, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
